Trainee Program
The Trainee Program works along side our competitive winterguard teams during the preseason, giving them an inside look on what it takes to be a part of an independent team.
Program Fee: $100
What?
Members of the Trainee Program have the opportunity to learn along-side our cast members during our preseason training rehearsals. We will be focusing on establishing and maintaining a solid technique program on all pieces of equipment, learning about how to learn, and rehearsal etiquette & efficiency.

How?
Sign up, pay the program fee and you are free to start attending our preseason rehearsals! Wear athletic clothing and always have a set of sneakers with you. We can provide flags when needed, but we suggest brining your own equipment. Lastly, spread the word and bring your friends!

The Oasis Trainee Program was a wonderful experience of new things and meeting new people. I loved learning new techniques and improving what I already knew. It was always challenging and fun, and there was never a dull moment. It helped me better myself. It was such a great experience and I can’t wait to come back and do it again!

Doing the Oasis Trainee Program as a high schooler was a fantastic experience! I got the opportunity to learn more advanced skills and glimpse what it means to march an independent colorguard in Arizona. Overall, the opportunity to learn high-level skills, while also being exposed to colorguard outside of high school, is a huge reason why I continue to be a part of this activity!

The Oasis Trainee Program was an amazing experience. It was a great opportunity to learn about being on an independent team while I was still in high school.
